Ejemplo
Ejemplo: "I will be playing the guitar tomorrow." (Estoy planeando tocar la guitarra mañana.)
Ejercicios
At 8pm tonight, I ___ (have) dinner with my family.
By the time you arrive, I ___ (cook) dinner.

Se introducen con los pronombres relativos: who, which, that, where, when, whose.
Pronombres relativos

Defining vs Non-defining Relative Clauses
Hay dos tipos de oraciones de relativo:

Non-defining (explicativas)
Necesaria para entender la frase
Añade información extra, no esencial
Sin comas
Con comas
Se puede usar that
NO se puede usar that
The man who lives next door is a doctor.
My brother, who lives in London, is a doctor.
📘 Ejemplo
Defining (necesaria): The students who pass the exam will get a certificate. (¿Qué estudiantes? Los que aprueben. — Necesitamos esta info.)

Non-defining (información extra, con comas): My mother, who is a teacher, speaks three languages.
Madrid, which is the capital of Spain, has a population of over 3 million.
📘 Ejemplo
The book (which/that) I read was great. → The book I read was great. ✅ («which/that» es objeto: yo leí el libro.)
The teacher who teaches us is great. → ❌ No se puede omitir. («who» es sujeto: el profesor enseña.)
📌 Recuerda
📖 Reading comprehension
Read and identify the relative clauses:
My town is a place where everyone knows each other. There is a big park which is very popular with families. The park, which was built in 1920, has a beautiful lake and many old trees.
My best friend, whose ñame is Carlos, lives in the house that is next to mine. He is the person who I spend most of my free time with. Carlos has a dog that can do many tricks.
There is a teacher at my school who has inspired me a lot. Her ñame is Miss Rodríguez. She is the teacher who taught me to love English. The first English book that I read was one she recommended. It was a book which changed my life! I still remember the day when I finished reading it. It was a day that I will never forget.
