Para profundizar más

Muchos sustantivos incontables se pueden «contar» usando una unidad o un recipiente: a glass of water, a slice of bread, a piece of cheese, a bottle of milk, a kilo of rice. Así decimos «two glasses of water» o «three slices of bread», pero no «three breads». Fíjate también en que algunas palabras incontables en inglés son contables en español: «information», «advice» y «homework» nunca llevan -s («some information», no «some informations»).
