Describe a routine: "Tell me about your morning."
Solution: "I wake up at seven o'clock. I have a shower and get dressed. Then I have breakfast. I brush my teeth and go to school at half past eight." Notice: we use present simple for routines and time expressions.

Adverbs of frequency: Where does "always" go?
Solution: "I always have breakfast at 8." Adverbs go BEFORE the main verb: always (100%), usually (80%), often (60%), sometimes (40%), rarely (10%), never (0%). With "be": "She is always happy" (after "be").
Ejercicios
1. Order these activities: have dinner, go to school, wake up, have lunch, go to bed.
2. Write your daily routine using at least 8 activities.
3. Add adverbs of frequency: I ___ brush my teeth after meals.
4. Interview your partner about their routine.
5. Compare your routine with your partner's: "I wake up at 7, but he wakes up at 8."
