How to ask / Cómo preguntarWhere is the + object? = ¿Dónde está el/la...?
Where are the + objects? = ¿Dónde están los/las...?
It is + preposition + place.
They are + preposition + place.
Example / Ejemplo- Where is the cat?
- The cat is under the table.
- Where are the books?
- The books are on the shelf.
- Where is the ball?
- The ball is between the chair and the sofa.

Game: Find it!Read the clues and find out where each thing is:
- "I am round and red. I am in the fridge." → I am an apple!
- "I am soft and warm. I am on the bed." → I am a pillow!
- "I am small and furry. I am under the table." → I am a cat!
- "I am tall and green. I am next to the house." → I am a tree!

Para una sola cosa: Where is + it is. Para varias cosas: Where are + they are.
Exercises / Ejercicios- Play with a partner: hide an object. Your friend asks "Where is the pencil?" and you answer using a preposition.
- Write 5 questions and answers about things in your bedroom. Example: "Where is my bag? It is next to the door."
- Write your own "Find it!" riddle using prepositions for a friend to guess.
- Describe your desk: "My pencil is in the case. My book is on the desk. My bag is under the chair."
