- Closing: "To sum up... / In conclusion... / Thank you for listening."
- Questions: "Does anyone have any questions?"

Role-plays
Role-plays help you practise real-life situations in English:
- At a restaurant: ordering food, asking for the bill
- At a shop: asking for prices, sizes, colours
- At a hotel: checking in, asking for information
- Giving directions: go straight, turn left/right, it is opposite/next to...
Example
Role-play: At a restaurant
Waiter: Good evening! Are you ready to order?
Customer: Yes, please. I would like the chicken salad, please.
Waiter: Would you like anything to drink?
Customer: Could I have a glass of water, please?
Waiter: Of course! Anything else?
Customer: No, thank you. That is all.
