Irregular verbs do not follow the -ed rule. You need to learn them!
Common irregular verbs

Ejemplo
Last summer I went to the beach and ate ice cream.
She wrote a letter to her pen pal.
We were very happy at the party.

The verb "be" has two past forms: was (I/he/she/it) and were (you/we/they).
Ejercicios- Write the past of: buy, drink, find, give, run, sing, swim, tell.
- Complete: Yesterday we ___ (go) to the park and ___ (see) a rainbow.
- Complete: She ___ (be) tired because she ___ (run) for 30 minutes.
- Write a short story (5 sentences) about a trip, using irregular verbs in the past.
- Make questions: "He ate pizza." -> "What ___?" / "They went to London." -> "Where ___?"
